NZ TAB is New Zealand's government and racing industry backed betting agency. It offers pari-mutuel race betting on all New Zealand and many Australian races and fixed-odds betting on more than 20 international sports including: rugby union, rugby league, Premier League soccer, golf, tennis, NFL, NBA and motor sport including F1.
NZ TAB reported wagering turnover in excess of NZ$1 billion last year and has more than 500 retail outlets and 100,000 telephone account customers.
Under an Online Services Agreement with NZ TAB, eBet Online offers betting on all NZ TAB events. NZ TAB betting can be accessed via eBet Online or via NZ TAB.
Penn National Gaming, Inc.
Penn National Gaming, Inc. is a NASDAQ-listed operator of diversified gaming and racing interests (ticker:PENN). It owns three racetracks and eleven off-track wagering (OTW) facilities located in Pennsylvania (two tracks and eleven OTWs) and West Virginia (one track). Penn's Charles Town Races in West Virginia also features 1,500 slot machines and its Pennsylvania racetracks operate telephone betting on more than 70 leading US racetracks.
Penn has more than 40,000 telephone account betting customers from across the US and Penn reported total revenues exceeding US$170 million last year.
Under a technology and services licensing agreement, eBet's US subsidiary, eBet, Inc., has developed an innovative interactive "closed-loop" system for Penn, offering betting on leading race tracks across the United States. The service, operating from eBet USA launched in September 2000.
