Management Team.

Tony Toohey

 
Managing Director, CEO  
Tony Toohey is a highly accomplished senior executive in the entertainment and leisure industry with a proven track record of success in creating sustainable competitive advantage and a strong platform for continuing growth.

Tony was most recently general manager of Wentworthville Leagues Club where he oversaw a substantial increase in revenues and worked closely with eBET to pioneer the introduction of card-based cashless gaming.

Prior to this he headed Wests Leagues Illawarra and Dee Why RSL.

Richard Standen

 
General Manager Finance 
Richard Standen joined eBET in 2005 and has held senior finance positions for over 20 years spread across a diverse variety of industries including the entertainment and hospitality sectors.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics, is qualified as a member of the Certified Practising Accountants and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.

Vince Nesci

 
Installations Manager  
Vince Nesci began with eBET in 1999 when Netcash Systems was acquired. He oversees gaming system projects from the initial installation of hardware and software, through to project management and training, to on-going support and help-desk facilities.

He also has responsibility for the reporting of trend analysis and customer feedback into the organization.

Vince's experience includes a diploma in teaching and over 10 years in the NSW club industry where he held various management roles.

Fiona Haldane

 
Training Manager  

Fiona Haldane joined eBET in 2003 and is responsible for managing the process of integrating eBET's products into new or existing venues. She monitors installation time-lines and ensures that all aspects of the installation process run smoothly. Fiona also maintains ongoing communications with venues and co-ordinates training sessions.

Fiona has 11 years experience in the gaming industry and has over 15 years experience in project management, training and implementing systems.

Sue Hopkins

 
Customer Support Manager  
Sue Hopkins commenced with eBET in August 2007, after a career with the NSW Tab and Tabcorp spanning nineteen years, and many diverse roles. Her most recent role was as Operations Manager in the combined NSW and Victorian Call Centre at Granville, prior to which she oversaw the system and operational integration of the two states' Call Centres.

Sue's main role is to manage the Software Support Helpdesks and the Support staff and Technicians servicing our customers in the field. In addition to this, Sue focuses on building relationships with eBET's valued clientele ensuring that customers receive a premium support service.

Stephen Martin

 
Development Manager  
Stephen Martin joined eBET in January 2008. Prior to joining eBet Stephen held management positions within both the Technology Infrastructure and Development divisions of TAB Limited and later Tabcorp.

Stephen has over 25 years experience in designing, developing and operating wagering and gaming systems, and played a major role in the development of the NSW CMS system.

Kevin Sawczuk

 
Product Compliance & Regulatory Manager  
Kevin Sawczuk joined eBET in August 2008. In his role as Product Compliance & Regulatory Manager he manages the product compliance process through the cooperation with independent testing facilities, and government regulators. Kevin is also responsible for eBET's gaming licenses and maintains the processes and procedures which ensure the companies conformance with jurisdictional regulations and licensing conditions.

Kevin has previous experience in the gaming industry with Technical Systems Testing (TST) where he was first a Test Engineer / Consultant and most recently General Manager of TST's Australia operations.

Donna Brandon

 
Procurement Manager 

Donna Brandon joined eBET in 2008 when Bounty Limited was acquired and is currently based in the Brisbane office. In her role as Procurement Manager she manages the processes and staff involved in procurement, inventory, warehouse and workshop for the group.

Donna has over 16 years experience in the gaming and hospitality industry.

Terry O'Halloran

 
Product Manager EGMs  

Terry O’Halloran has over 13 years experience in the US and Australian Gaming industries in the areas of Product Management, Product Marketing and Product Development.

Recent experience has been with WMS and ShuffleMaster in the US, and had 7 years at Stargames prior to the US in a variety of roles including GM of Marketing, Creative Director and Product Director of the Vegas Star line. Prior to this he spent 3 years working for IGT Australia.
