Peter Walford General Manager

Peter joined eBET with a wealth of knowledge having already gained over 18 years of industry experience. Prior to eBET, Peter worked actively in online sports and wagering and has held executive positions with leading industry manufacturers both domestically and abroad.

Now at eBET, Peter looks to assist the company in driving its operational efficiency, sales and customer service. He also looks to continually develop and maintain a competitive advantage for the business in the rapidly changing and evolving markets.

Louise Tassone
Louise Tassone Business Development & Key Accounts Manager Victoria

Louise joined eBET in 2006 after spending 11 years with Canterbury League Club in various roles finishing as the Gaming Analyst for the group's venues. Louise was initially employed in a support role but quickly changed to the training and installation teams for eBET. After two years in this division, she was promoted to the Product Team starting as a Product Analyst and moving into the Product Manager role for the Metropolis product range.

Louise's extensive knowledge of the Metropolis system made her perfect to head up the Victoria division of eBET as Business Development and Key Accounts Manager for the state. This role has involved introducing Gaming and Loyalty Systems to Victorian venues, the implementation of the eBET hardware and Metropolis system in over 100 venues and account management of our key Management Groups and Venues.

Mark Lindley
Mark Lindley Sales Executive

Mark started in the gaming and hospitality industry as a barman in the late 1980s, moving up through the industry to General Manager positions. Mark worked at St George Leagues Club, Ramsgate RSL, Club Liverpool and Moorebank Sports before moving into the corporate arena of the industry. Whilst working in the corporate sector Mark worked in teams at CLUBLine, Tricorp Gaming and Paladin Bases selling and marketing products like EGMs, POS systems, back office management software and gaming joinery. Mark joined the eBET sales team in 2016 as a Systems Sales Executive.

Sophie Benson-Warner
Sophie Benson-Warner Group Marketing Manager

Sophie joined eBET with a wealth of knowledge in marketing strategy, process and planning, having already gained over 10 years of experience working abroad, most recently in Sweden. Prior to eBET, Sophie held senior positions with global companies across a range of industries, focusing primarily on ATL and BTL strategies as well as establishing marketing and communication functions from inception. Now at eBET, Sophie manages both eBET and Odyssey brands across the group, covering all areas of the marketing cycle. Sophie holds a BBS, majoring in Marketing from Massey University in New Zealand.

Steve joined eBET in 1999 from Dataview Gaming Systems, where he held the position of General Manager, after eBET purchased the company. Having previously held management positions at Dee Why RSL and Energy Australia, Steve moved into sales focusing on Key Accounts for eBET. Steve has been with eBET for over 15 years, combined with his 5 years at Dee Why RSL giving him extensive knowledge of the gaming industry.

Steve joined eBET in 2013 with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality, club and gaming industries. Steve has worked for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Star City Casino and Club Taree where he held the position of Gaming & Operations Manager. He has been involved in the pre-opening of Star City Casino, club amalgamations and project management of major club building works. Steve brings knowledge & an understanding of the challenges within the industry and a commitment to ensuring venues maximise their return on investment with the eBET suite of products.

During this time, he was the founding Director of Industry Data Online (IDOL), the leading provider of benchmarking in the Australian club industry, DIY Car Hire, an online car hire business that successfully adopts the ‘Do-It-Yourself and Save’ philosophy and CMP Marketing Services, a boutique consultancy specializing in the provision of market research, strategic marketing and planning. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (UQ) and an MBA (QUT).
